What a transformation costs
A full transformation typically runs $30,000 to $150,000 installed, depending on scope and materials. Design is a separate, smaller cost that comes first, so you have one cohesive design before you get contractor bids. Many clients build it out in phases.

40 percent to reserve your start date, 60 percent after your included 3D revision, before your 2D layouts are released.

Working with a budget under $25K?
Our design fee is the same regardless of your total budget, because a full design takes the same care whether you build it all at once or over five years. Many clients invest in the design now and install in phases. If you'd rather put your budget straight into planting, Small Scope Services is built for that.
